SCHEDULE Sunday Worship and Bible Study begins at 9:30 and 11:00 AM. Evening events are at 6:30 PM.

PARKING	MUSIC STYLE	PREACHING
When you get to our church, The Sanctuary is located in the large brick building that sits on the southwest corner of Mill St. and Hedgerow. Parking is located all around that building and directly north across Hedgerow. Entrances are located on the west side under the drive-through and also on the south east side, easily accessible to the front parking lot off Mill Street.	We enjoy some of the best music of today’s writers, with a strong emphasis on a passionate Worship Choir, band, and Praise Team. But we are also not afraid to revisit some great songs and hymns from the past and sing them as they should be sung in today’s church.	Our pastor is like no other. He's real. He's personal. He's funny. Brother Ken speaks on a level that all can understand, teaches on topics that are important in everyday life, and leads us through a wide range of experiences from self-examination to hilarious laughter.  Our services generally last an hour and 15 minutes.

Our purpose is simple: to worship God. However, the by-products are always fantastic. Tremendous fellowship, slap-happy fun, those special moments with God, and lots of love and friendship are what helps this choir take it to the next level. If you love music and love the fellowship of God’s people, then the Worship Choir is the place for you.

A N C H O R I N G the Music and Worship Ministry  The Worship Choir leads in both morning services every Sunday.  Membership in the choir is open to all church members and regular attendees, auditions are not required.  Rehearsals are Sunday evenings at 5:00 PM.    Contact Rob Veal for more details.

Christmas at Northview
Christmas celebrations at Northview begin on Advent Sunday, usually the last Sunday of November.  Decorations adorn The Sanctuary each Christmas as the music of the season resounds among the lights, colors, and beautiful floral displays. Your have never experienced a Christmas quite like that of a Northview Christmas.

Spring and Fall Worship Concerts
Sometimes coinciding with Easter, the spring music is always fresh, new, exciting, and spiritually moving. In the fall of each year, the Worship Choir and Gospel Gold Choir share evenings of music that are many times accompanied with lots of laughter.

Summer Music Season
Beginning in May, all of our choirs and music groups begin a new schedule that includes rehearsals every other week instead of weekly. The music is familiar, fun and refreshing. This is a great time to introduce potential members to the choir experience. Additionally, there are various opportunities for musical experiences for children in the summer as well.

Living Life to the Max with Music and Fun.
Rehearsing Wednesdays at 10:00 AM in the Music Suite.
This group of “fun” adults gather to sing, laugh, and fellowship around the common goal of music and faith. While most of the members are retired, many still are working, but have time off to rehearse during the day. This fun group sings for special occasions and performs about three concerts per year. Membership is open.

Both students and children have independent group worship experiences either on

Student Choir on Mission Tour to Galveston

Technology in Worship
It has been said that, “technology is the church organ of the new millennium.” At no other time has technology been so beneficial as when used in worship. The visual arts, the arts of sound, light, graphics, imaging, and video production enhance the worship of this new century. Drama In Worship
Just as Jesus used the parable as a tool to tell an earthly story with a heavenly meaning, our drama team aids in worship by portraying real-life and sometimes not-so-real situations to assist in teaching a Biblical principal or truth. Rehearsal times are flexible as dictated by the demands of each piece. Contact the music office for more details.



Instrumental Music
David writes in Psalm 150 a call to praise listing various instruments of music in the worship of God. Instrumentalists are used at Northview to accompany or provide solo pieces that aid in corporate worship.
