What to Expect

Welcome

Sundays 9:00 AM & 10:30 AM

Choose the service time that works best for you, and come on to church!
We open our doors 30 minutes early to give you and your family time to get settled, find a seat, and enjoy some fellowship.

Before and after each service, feel free to connect with friends over coffee in The Hub, located through The Atrium or Main Entrance. If you need help finding your way, just ask one of our friendly greeters—they’re happy to assist!

During worship, we offer engaging, age-appropriate programs for children from birth through 12th grade. To make the most of your experience, we recommend arriving about 15 minutes before the service begins so you won’t feel rushed finding your way.  Our greeters are always there to help you feel right at home.

We look forward to seeing you!

What to Expect:

Come dressed casual and enjoy the family friendly atmosphere. Men, you’ll find other men dressed in everything from polo shirts & jeans to suits & ties. We have ladies who wear dresses, slacks and some who are more comfortable in jeans, a blouse or t-shirt. We want you to join us in the attire you are most comfortable in!

From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you’ll be made to feel at home by our parking team. First time guests are invited to take advantage of reserved parking on the front row next to The Sanctuary.  Please enter through the Atrium doors (Main Entrance). There, our greeters will be poised and ready to provide directions or answer any questions you may have. You may also visit the Info Spot in The Atrium for all questions about worship, Bible study classes and location, children’s programming, and of course, where to find the coffee.

If you have children, you’ll want to take advantage of our safe and secure children’s services designed just for them in the Preschool area downstairs (birth to PreK), and the for the older kids – Kid’s Loft (K-6th) – is located upstairs.  As you enter the worship center, you are welcome to find your seat, settle in and most likely someone will be by to greet and meet you.  Then sit back, relax and prepare to worship.

What Is a Worship Experience Like?

Whether it is your first time at Northview, or you’ve been attending for years, you never know what to expect during our worship experience.  From the moment you walk in the door, until the moment you leave, we are committed to a compelling, challenging presentation of God’s truth through all aspects of worship.

Music

We enjoy some of the best music of today’s writers, with a strong emphasis on a passionate Worship Choir, band and Praise Team. But we are also not afraid to revisit some great songs and hymns from the past and sing them as they should be sung in today’s church.

Preaching

Our pastor is like no other. He’s real. He’s personal. He’s funny. Brother Ken speaks on a level that all can understand, teaches on topics that are important in everyday life, and leads us through a wide range of experiences from self-examination to hilarious laughter. Our services generally last an hour and fifteen minutes.

Where can I take my children?

Birth–6th Grade

Our Children’s Ministry provides a dynamic and engaging environment for kids in Kindergarten through 6th grade. In the Upper Room, children experience church in innovative ways, featuring the latest games, music, and videos designed to present God’s truth in fun and meaningful ways. This space is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of all children, including those with special sensory needs.

Under the guidance of our dedicated Children’s Director, Ms. Heather, children are introduced to God’s love and promises from an early age. Ms. Heather is known for her exceptional ability to connect with elementary and preschool-aged children, creating an environment where they can learn and grow in their faith.

Do you have something for students(teens)?

Grades 7–12

Absolutely we have something for your student.

Sunday Mornings: Students in grades 7-12 gather at 9:00 AM in The Sanctuary for worship. They typically sit in the front, north section of the worship center but are also encouraged to sit with parents if that works best for your family. After worship, they head to the Student Building, located just out the south door of The Sanctuary, for fellowship, games, musical worship, and Bible study classes tailored to each grade.

Wednesday Evenings: The students meet at 6PM for fellowship, some friendly games and competition, worship and a deep dive into scripture.  We love for our students to bring their friends!

How will I know where to go once onsite?

Campus Directions

As you enter the Northview Campus, look for our directional signs that tell you where to enter.  All things happen through the Atrium (main entrance).  Preschool, Kid’s Loft, Adult Bible Studies are all found in The Life Center.  And the path leads directly into The Sanctuary for worship. In The Atrium and in The Sanctuary you will find greeters who will be happy to assist you with Bible Study class information and location directions.  Just stop in and the Info Spot in The Atrium and let us help you get where you need to go on campus.

Plan Your Visit

To help you find your way, you can Plan Your Visit and we will meet you at the door and show you where to get your coffee, take your children and find your way to worship. For more information you can also contact Andrea@NorthviewBaptist.com.
